Should I report terminations of all employees when they are terminated?
No. Employers should only report termination of those employees who owe child support within 7 days of termination.

We have not reported terminations on your website before. Do we need to report all of our terminated employees?
No. Only report those terminated employees who have court ordered child support and who have not been reported within the last 60 days.

May I fax termination reports?
No. Terminations should be submitted online using the Employer Website at www.employer.texasattorneygeneral.gov OR mailed to the following address:
