- Should I report terminations of all employees when they are terminated?
- No. Employers should only report termination of those employees who owe child support within
7 days of termination.

- We have not reported terminations on your website before. Do we need to report all of
our terminated employees?
- No. Only report those terminated employees who have court ordered child support and who
have not been reported within the last 60 days.

- May I fax termination reports?
- No. Terminations should be submitted online using the Employer Website at
www.employer.texasattorneygeneral.gov
